well as analyze your eligible employee population and contribution levels.
In addition, we’ll assess the enrollment and communications process,
and identify any relevant compliance or regulatory issues impacting you.
Step 3: Establishing your game plan.
Based on what you’ve told us, we’ll then prepare a written
plan that specifically defines the actions and strategies your company
should consider to achieve its goals.
Step 4: Implementing your game plans.
Perhaps the most important step in the process is acting on the plan design
that best meets your needs. To help you do that, we can serve as your
financial “quarterback” acting as your liaison between insurance
companies and vendors and your company. We will also provide assistance
with ongoing administration, including negotiation of renewals, enrollment,
education and communication support.
